While keeping the classic gatherings you know and love, we're expanding our regional events to bring a little GCSU to alumni and friends across the state. Whether you're returning to Milledgeville for Deep Roots or Homecoming, or joining us at a regional gathering, family-friendly event, or special celebration, there are plenty of opportunities to connect and celebrate with your Georgia College & State University community.

| Friday, October 9 | 2:00 - 7:00 PM | Georgia National Fairgrounds Perry, GA | Friday at the Fair Alumni, along with their friends and family, are invited to join us for an evening at the Georgia National Fair in Perry. Tickets include gate entry, unlimited ride wristbands, and a catered meal. Registration coming soon |
| Saturday, October 17 | TBA | Old Courthouse Lawn Milledgeville, GA | Deep Roots Alumni Tent Stop by the alumni tent while you're back in town enjoying Deep Roots weekend. We'll have GCSU branded merch, and plenty of food and beverages. More details coming soon! Registration coming soon |

Alumni Awards
Do you know an alumnus who deserves to be recognized? The Alumni Association helps preserve the legacy of GCSU by honoring graduates and friends with awards celebrating excellence, service, and leadership. Nominations for the 2027 Alumni Awards are now open. Submit nominations by August 15 and help us celebrate the people who embody what it means to be a Bobcat.
